Surendran leads Rekoodu's engineering practice and venture strategy, serving as the senior technical partner behind every client engagement.
He started Rekoodu after watching capable businesses stall at the same point — the moment their ambition had outgrown what a single hire or a general agency could carry, but a full in-house engineering team was still out of reach. Rekoodu exists to close that gap with senior, accountable engineering ownership that treats the client's outcome as the real deliverable.
He believes most product risk is settled long before code is written — in the architecture and the decisions around it — so he stays personally involved in the technical direction of every engagement, from the first blueprint through to launch, and holds the team to the standard he would expect as the founder on the other side of the table.
